The Rural Home Loans is actually a misnomer, you don’t have to settle in the middle of some nowhere rural town to qualify for this, it’s actually available in suburban neighborhoods as well. Homebuyers can finance up to 100 percent of a home’s purchase price and, in some cases, finance the cost of energy-efficient improvements to said property.
VA Loans: 100 Percent Financing
There are loans specifically crafted to help those that have served in the military that don’t require the 20 percent, but instead are 100 percent financed and are sensitive to the needs of military families.
