Elvin at Ranch and Coast was able to secure our loan (and two subsequent refinances) when others had failed.  As a private business owner, I found myself needing to jump through many hoops.  Elvin’s attention to detail, and ability to anticipate and request (in a timely fashion) pertinent information that solidified our position made all the difference in the world.  And the service doesn’t end at the close of escrow.  Elvin has proactively contacted us and made available opportunities to refinance that have saved us tens of thousands of dollars over the course of the loan.  He’s personable, approachable, and above all, professional.  I’m just sorry there are only 5 stars I can give him.
