We closed escrow on a short sale condo after 8 months and Elvin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.  This was our first home and Elvin was always there to answer any questions we had….even on the weekends!  Given that this was our first home I had a lot of questions and Elvin took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made the process seem a lot less overwhelming for a first-time homebuyer.  I would highly recommend Elvin as he is very responsive to your questions and is always looking out for your best interest.
